女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)勞(lao)動保(bao)護關(guan)系(xi)到全國(guo)1.02億女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)身心健康,做(zuo)好女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)勞(lao)動保(bao)護工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),對于改(gai)善民生、構建(jian)社會(hui)主義和(he)諧社會(hui)具有重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)意義。黨和(he)國(guo)家高(gao)度重(zhong)視(shi)女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)勞(lao)動保(bao)護工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。1988年(nian),國(guo)務院(yuan)頒布(bu)了《女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)勞(lao)動保(bao)護規定》。該規定施行(xing)20多年(nian)來,對解決女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)在勞(lao)動中因生理(li)特點造成(cheng)的(de)(de)特殊困難、保(bao)護女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)健康,發(fa)(fa)揮了重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)作(zuo)用。隨著我國(guo)經(jing)(jing)濟社會(hui)的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展,《女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)勞(lao)動保(bao)護規定》的(de)(de)一些(xie)內容已(yi)經(jing)(jing)適(shi)應不了新形勢(shi)的(de)(de)需要(yao)(yao),如:女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)禁(jin)忌從事的(de)(de)勞(lao)動范圍(wei)需要(yao)(yao)根據實際(ji)情況作(zuo)相應調整;對女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)產(chan)假(jia)假(jia)期和(he)產(chan)假(jia)待遇需要(yao)(yao)進(jin)一步規范;監(jian)督管理(li)體(ti)制(zhi)需要(yao)(yao)根據機構改(gai)革的(de)(de)變化作(zuo)相應調整等。這(zhe)些(xie)問題都需要(yao)(yao)從制(zhi)度層(ceng)面加以解決
